Yoga with Naama Dvir
Yoga lesson, with deep breathing exercises, calm sitting and improving your body through yoga.

This allows inner peace, increased focus and improved joy in life.
The lessons are done by Naama Dvir, who studied at Wingate Institution. This is appropriate for all ages and each meeting ends with herbal tea fresh from our gardens.
The lessons will take place in the spacious Studio of the Alpaca Farm. The room was made with Yoga lessons in mind, thereby creating an ideal environment. If the weather permits, the lesson can be done near the edge of the crater in a small grove.
Recommended for couples, families and getting closer to ones inner self.

Improving your eyesight with Naama
Naama Dvir, an authorized yoga instructor who specialized in a unique Yoga method that can improve your eyesight. Known by the name “listening to your eyes”
I am an authorized yoga instructor who teaches Vijnana Yoga, and I am at the age where I want to improve my eyesight. My daily rigorous routine which begins at the early hours of the day and lasts until I close my eyes at night. From childhood, visiting the ophthalmologist was a yearly occurrence. The sensitivities I had in my eyes I always felt but never paid any attention to the discomfort.
Today, I know, My eyes are connected to my heart. What the heart feels is connected to ones eyes. Improving my eyesight began when I first encountered “Listening to your eyes” method.

The method “listening to your eyes” is my treasure, that goes with me like a cool water bottle that is always accompanying me, and from whom I am able to quench my thirst.
